One Week Left to Apply for Leadership APTA!

The deadline to apply for the Leadership APTA Class of 2026 is May 9. Leadership APTA develops visionary and transformative senior and executive leaders for the public transportation industry.

Since the inaugural class, approximately 690 APTA members have participated in the year-long Leadership APTA program. More than 70 percent of recent graduates serve in C-Suite positions. Many have served on APTA’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors and others have served in leadership roles on APTA committees and special task forces.

The Leadership APTA Committee will select up to 35 individuals from APTA member organizations to become the program’s 28th class. Each APTA member organization may submit one candidate. Members of the Class of 2026 will be selected and notified by the end of July.
