For National Mentoring Month (January), APTA’s official podcast, The Transit Authority, presented a two-part series on mentoring, with tools to help APTA members retain and engage employees.

Part 1 focused on how the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority’s peer-to-peer mentoring program increased the worker retention rate from 50 to 90 percent. View the video here.
