Join APTA’s FY26 Transportation Approps Act Rapid Reaction Webinar

APTA is hosting a rapid reaction webinar on the release of the 2026 Transportation Appropriations Act Jan. 21 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern.

The FY26 Transportation Appropriations Act (or THUD Act) provides the overwhelming majority of public transit and passenger rail investment authorized by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and includes several important policy provisions and funding limitations.

The webinar will:

  • Highlight public transit and passenger rail funding in the Act
  • Describe impacts on FTA’s CIG Pipeline
  • Detail important policy provisions and funding limitations included and excluded from the final Act
  • Provide advocacy opportunities for APTA members
