USDOT Sec. Reminds Grantees to Comply with ICE Regulations; Transit Included

U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy sent a letter all USDOT grant recipients, April 24, reminding them that they should be cooperating generally with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other enforcement of federal immigration law, and complying with all of President Trumps’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Executive Orders.
The letter states that any agencies that are not in compliance will risk their federal funding. Read the entire letter here.
