SYSTRA Announces Joseph Bonsignore as New President/CEO

SYSTRA USA has appointed Joseph Bonsignore, PE, as its new president/CEO. Bonsignore has more than three decades in the rail and transit industry, including 25 years at SYSTRA, where his roles have included chief engineer and executive vice president.

Bonsignore’s work at SYSTRA has included oversight and management of the Dulles Corridor Metro Rail Project, the design build for the Andrews Federal Bus Garage, station improvements and north track siding at Long Island Rail Road’s Hicksville Station, and Amtrak’s Next Generation Turnouts project. He has also worked on projects with Metro North Railroad, NJ Transit, and the Port Authority of NY&NJ.
