Patton Gregg Appointed Connectpoint CEO Amid Leadership Expansion

Patton Gregg has been appointed CEO of Connectpoint, amid a leadership expansion for the company as it continues to grow its presence across the public transportation industry.

As part of the expansion, former CEO Rick Wood will transition to strategic advisor, Brian Beynon has been promoted to vice president of field operations and customer success, Stefan Marks was promoted to vice president of sales, and Rahul Kumar is to lead business development for the company.

“Connectpoint was founded with a clear mission: to help transit agencies communicate more effectively with their riders through reliable, accessible, and innovative technology,” said Wood. “This transition allows me to remain closely involved in Connectpoint’s strategic direction while giving Patton and the expanded leadership team the opportunity to lead the company into its next stage of growth.”

Patton Gregg joined Connectpoint in 2023 and has worked across the organization to improve operational alignment, strengthen execution, and support the company’s growing customer base. Prior to joining Connectpoint, he was general manager for a designer and manufacturer of digital transmission systems. He was also a software engineer and project manager for a developer and manufacturer of advanced radar systems.
