APTA Meds & Eds & TODs Webinar: Real Estate Innovations in Transit-Oriented Development

APTA’s Real Estate Subcommittee is hosting a webinar, Aug. 20, 2:00-3:00 p.m. Eastern, that will examine how medical campuses are transforming communities through transit-oriented development (TOD).
Educational and medical campuses are already major transit ridership generators, and now they are leading TOD efforts that bring affordable housing, mixed-use development, and healthier communities to life.

- Jackson Health System’s Civic Center Mixed-Income/Mixed-Use TOD at UHealth/Jackson Metrorail Station, FL
