Lochner Acquires Green International Affiliates

H.W. Lochner, Inc. is expanding its service offerings in New England with the acquisition of Green International Affiliates, Inc. Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Tewksbury, MA, Green is a surface transportation, water resources, and civil/site engineering firm.

Our goal, under the leadership of Green’s president and chief executive officer, Ko Ishikura, PE, is to expand the transportation business in New England.”

The firm will operate as Green International Affiliates, Inc., A Lochner Company. Morrissey Goodale initiated the transaction and advised Green.
