Choudri is CEO of the California High-Speed Rail Authority, Fremier is executive director of the San Francisco Bay Area Metropolitan Transportation Commission, Omishakin serves as California State Secretary of Transportation, Péloquin is president and CEO of VIA Rail Canada, and White serves as Deputy Secretary for Multimodal Transportation at North Carolina DOT.
