FTA Seeks TAM Working Group Participants, Roundtable Presenters

FTA is seeking Bus-Only Tier I transit agency participants for a Spring 2027 Transit Asset Management (TAM) Peer Working Group. The group will consist of 16-20 participants who will engage virtually over the course of four months on TAM-related topics proposed by participants.

The group aims to promote peer learning, share peer-designed resources, and collaborate on best practices among Bus-Only Tier I transit agencies. Participants should be able to attend monthly, virtual, working group meetings; discuss their agency’s interaction with TAM; and suggest publicly available resources relevant to TAM efforts at Bus-Only Tier I transit agencies.

Applications to participate in the FTA TAM Peer Working Group are due by November 12.

In addition, the TAM program is seeking presenters to help develop the agenda for the July 2027 in-person FTA TAM Roundtable.To contribute, FTA is requesting a brief description of agency TAM experience that highlights real-world examples, lessons learned, and key outcomes.
