FTA Releases Annual Certifications and Assurances

FTA has released the 2025 version of the annual Certifications and Assurances for execution by grant applicants. An applicant for financial assistance typically must execute current Certifications and Assurances in any year in which an applicant applies for an award or an amendment to an existing award.
The 2025 Certifications and Assurances are posted on FTA’s website along with a “redline” version showing changes between the 2024 and 2025 versions. Execution is accomplished electronically in FTA’s Transit Award Management System (TrAMS).
