Centro Names Christopher Tuff as CEO

The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (Centro), Syracuse, NY, has named Christopher Tuff as chief executive officer. Since joining the agency in 2016, Tuff has held several positions including deputy chief executive officer, vice president of administration, director of operations, director of subsidiary operations, and senior transportation analyst.

Prior to joining Centro, Tuff was an auditor for the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. He is a graduate of the New York Public Transit Association’s Public Transportation Leadership Institute.

For APTA, Tuff serves on the Bus & Paratransit CEOs, Mid-Size Operations, BRT, and Zero Emission Fleet committees.
