APTA President Addresses FPTA

APTA President and CEO Paul P. Skoutelas reinforced the importance of partnerships at a panel on federal and state activities, held during the Florida Public Transportation Association’s (FPTA) annual meeting Oct. 10-11. He expressed optimism about the “unlimited potential for public transit investment” and described some important areas of focus for APTA and the industry, including bus procurement strategies, workforce development, ridership, federal funding and positive story telling.
