SARTA Names Ralph Lee Permanent CEO

The Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA), Canton, OH, has named Ralph Lee as its permanent CEO. Lee has served as interim CEO since August 2025, succeeding Kirt Conrad, who had been SARTA’s CEO since 2009.

Lee has more than 35 years of experience leading HR teams, developing talent strategies, leading organizational change, and improving employee engagement. Before joining SARTA, he served as chief human resources officer at Kenan Advantage Group and held HR leadership roles at Total Quality Logistics, Cintas Corporation, and Comair Airlines.
