MORONGO BASIN TRANSIT AUTHORITY (BASIN TRANSIT/MBTA)

The purpose of this joint procurement is to procure Transit and Paratransit vehicles of various types for the solicitation on behalf of the Basin Transit/MBTA and other participants in the joint procurement. Only those agencies that are listed in Appendix C of the RFP will have the ability to purchase or assign vehicles through this contract and the agencies have provided their needs for the term of the contract.  Following contract award, the California Association for Coordinated Transportation (“CalACT”) shall provide contract administration activities related to the joint procurement.  However, the resulting Contract may only be modified or amended by written action of MBTA.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting shall be held virtually on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 10 am. This meeting shall be held virtually, (Zoom). Please contact the contracting officer (joe@basin-transit.com) for access. The Pre-Proposal meeting is for Proposing Parties only and not intended for subcontractor or supplier attendance.

Specifically, the Agency is requesting proposals and pricing for the following types of buses: Cutaways, mobility standard and low floor vans, medium duty rear engine buses. All documents and updates to the solicitation will be posted on Basin Transit’s website Bids & Proposals – Basin Transit. ST. CLOUD METROPOLITAN TRANSIT COMMISSION
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SOLUTION

The St. Cloud Metropolitan Transit Commission (DBA – Metro Bus) located at 665 Franklin Ave. N.E. St. Cloud, MN. 56304 is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of an integrated enterprise financial management solution to support finance, AR/AP, fixed assets, grant administration, contract management and other business related functions. The proposed solution will either replace or fully integrate with existing systems to meet Metro Bus’s operational and federal and state reporting requirements.

Proposals in accordance with the specifications of the RFP will be received in the office of Metro Bus until Wednesday, February 25, 2026, 2:00 p.m. CT. Late proposals will not be considered.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority is advertising Invitations for Bids for large-scale materials contracts. These contracts include Overhead Contact System (OCS) Poles, Long Welded Rail, Monobloc Concrete Ties, Ballast, OCS Components, and Fiber Optic Cables.

Please be advised that Monobloc Concrete Ties, and Ballast are currently available for bid. The remaining material procurements will be released in Quarter 1, 2026. PUBLIC NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority (Metro) will receive proposals from qualified firms who will assist TMTA in updating its 2018 Bus Stop Guidelines and expanding the document’s content to illustrate transit supportive development principles and best practices in mobility design.  Proposals must be received in the Metro office at 201 N. Kansas Avenue, Topeka, KS  66603, in sealed envelopes marked “TRANSIT SUPPORTIVE PRINCIPLES MOBILITY DESIGN MANUAL / RFP TM-26-01” no later than 3:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, January 29, 2026.  The proposal schedule will allow for thirty-nine (39) calendar days for proposal submission.

The RFP document package may be obtained from Metro’s office at 201 N. Kansas Avenue, Topeka, KS  66603, on or after Monday, December 22, 2025, by contacting Richard Appelhanz.  Interested firms may download the RFP document package from Metro’s website (www.topekametro.org) or call (785) 730-8621 to arrange for pickup or mailing.

The proposers will be required to comply with all applicable state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.  Metro, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related regulations, hereby notifies all proposers that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, creed, color, religion, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, familial status, national origin or ancestry, age, physical or mental handicap unrelated to ability, or military status in consideration for an award.

Metro reserves the right to accept any proposal or any part or parts thereof.  Metro reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities therein, and all proposers must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of Metro for any penalty brought by a proposer because of such rejections, nor shall the proposer seek any recourse of any kind against Metro because of such rejections, and the filing of any proposal in response to this solicitation shall constitute an agreement of the proposer to these conditions.

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CHAMPAIGN-URBANA MASS TRANSIT DISTRICT (MTD) will be receiving proposals in accordance with Request For Proposals #2025-008 for the successful deployment of an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software solution and relevant implementation services until 2:00 PM (CST) on Monday, February 2, 2026.

Proposals should be submitted electronically to procurement@mtd.org. Any proposals received after the time and date noted herein will not be considered for award. MTD reserves the right to accept any or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals.

SUPPLY AND DELIVER CUMMINS CATALYTIC CONVERTERS AND AFTERTREATMENT COMPONENTS FOR NORWALK TRANSIT SYSTEM (NTS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Norwalk (“City”), a municipal government, invites bids from qualified and experienced companies (“Bidders”) to supply and deliver Cummins Catalytic Converters and Aftertreatment Components for Norwalk Transit System (NTS), a department of the City.  Bidders must be an authorized Cummins dealer. Bids are to be submitted via electronic submission through the City of Norwalk’s PlanetBids (PB) online bid portal site and will only receive such bids until 11:00 a.m. PST on Thursday, December 18, 2025, to be eligible for this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”). Mailed, emailed, faxed, or hand delivered Bids will NOT be accepted.

INSTRUCTIONS: Bidders must be registered as a Vendor with the City of Norwalk on the City of Norwalk PlanetBids bid portal to access all solicitation documents related to this IFB. Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) is seeking Proposals from experienced, qualified firms to provide Paratransit Demand Response Services – ADA Complementary A-Ride in addition to GoldRide, AAATA’s on-demand transportation service for eligible seniors.

The contract is anticipated to be for a base period of three (3) years with four (4) possible one-year renewal options.

RIDER INFORMATION & TRIP PLANNING PLATFORM SOLUTION

Ben Franklin Transit, (BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the procurement of a proven Rider Information & Trip Planning Platform Solution. Proposals are due on December 9, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM (PST). Contractors can create a free account in BFT’s e-portal with OpenGov by signing up at:  https://secure.procurenow.com/signup. Contractors will have access to download the solicitation documents.
