Transdev Wins Contract to Operate VTA ACCESS Paratransit

Transdev has entered into an agreement to operate the ACCESS Paratransit service for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), CA. Transdev will also manage the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit Eligibility Certification process for the agency.

As a shared-ride service that mirrors the service area and hours of VTA’s broader transit network, ACCESS provides approximately 2,000 trips per day using a fleet of cutaways, minivans, sedans, and taxis, with accessible vehicles available.
