Review, Comment on APTA Cybersecurity, Security, Safety Standards

The APTA Standards Program has advanced three new documents for public review and commenting and APTA is seeking feedback from all executive-level industry stakeholders to help shape the language in the documents.

The public comment period is an essential component of APTA’s consensus-based standards development process.

The current documents address the following topics:

Transit Cybersecurity

• Visibility of Digital Networks, Systems, and Assets in Rail Transit Environments

Infrastructure Security

• Anti-Vehicle Barriers for Public Transit

Rail Grade Crossing

• Rail Transit Grade Crossing Safety Assessment
