APTA is pleased to announce a new speaker at the Dec. 5 Winter Legislative Meeting in Washington, DC, Rep. Rick Larsen (D-WA).

Rep. Larsen, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, will discuss his approach in the new Congress and fulfilling the promise of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
