MTI’s Elementary Poster Contest Promotes a More Sustainable Future

The Mineta Transportation Institute’s (MTI) Elementary Poster Contest allows students in grades 1-6 to convey their knowledge of a safe, sustainable transportation future through an artistic, visually compelling image.

One of the biggest contributors to climate-change-causing greenhouse gas emissions is transportation. That is why this year, the contest theme is Get Going, Go Green! This year’s contest is co-sponsored by APTA. Winners can earn cash prizes and have their posters displayed at MTI’s annual banquet in June.
