The early-bird registration rate for APTA’s 2025 Mobility Conference, April 6-9 in Austin, TX, ends Feb. 21. Join your peers in addressing the critical priorities and challenges facing bus and paratransit systems while exploring the changing environment in which systems operate. Welbes supports the FTA Administrator in providing leadership and establishing direction on public transportation policies, budgets, and strategic priorities. He will lead the conference’s Federal Partners Update session and provide insight into FTA’s goals and plans under the new Administration.
