Kris Kolluri Named as Next President and CEO of NJ TRANSIT

Kris Kolluri will serve as the next president and CEO of NJ TRANSIT, following the resignation of Kevin Corbett, who will continue to serve in the position until Jan. 15. Kolluri recently was chief executive officer of the Gateway Development Commission, a bi-state entity overseeing the $16.1 billion Hudson Tunnel Project—the largest infrastructure project in the U.S.
Previously, Kolluri was president & chief executive officer of community and economic development nonprofit Camden Community Partnership, Inc., NJ. He has also served as commissioner of New Jersey DOT, chairman of NJ TRANSIT, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, and the South Jersey Transportation Authority.
For APTA, Corbett is a member of the Board of Directors and Public Transportation CEO Coordinating Council, and serves on the Rail Transit CEOs, Bus & Paratransit CEOs, Legacy Systems, and Rail Transit committees.
