Join Collective Effort to Showcase the Transformative Power of CX!

The public transit industry is celebrating Customer Experience (CX) Day Oct. 7. CX Day is an opportunity to recognize, celebrate, and amplify the efforts being made to enhance the customer journey by showcasing what the industry is doing to place customers at the forefront of everything we do.
APTA is calling on its members to join in the collective effort:
- Foster Collaboration: Create a direct call to action for APTA’s MCX Committee to forge stronger ties between Customer Experience and Marketing & Communications teams. By working together, the industry can communicate its CX improvements more efficiently.
- Showcase External Success: APTA members should externally highlight their innovative work and initiatives that are directly improving the customer experience.
- Amplify Customer Voices: Actively utilize customer storytellers. There is no more powerful testament than hearing directly from customers how enhanced CX has improved their daily commute.
- Recognize Industry Heroes: Highlight the invaluable contributions of frontline and next-to-frontline staff who work tirelessly, often behind the scenes, to ensure a positive customer experience.
