Join APTA for Rapid Reaction Webinar on THUD Act MARCH 5

APTA is hosting a free, Rapid Reaction webinar for its members on the just unveiled final FY24 Transportation (THUD) Appropriations Act March 5, 2:00 p.m. Eastern.

The final FY24 THUD Appropriations Act provides the overwhelming majority of public transit and passenger rail investment authorized by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and includes several important policy provisions and funding limitations.

APTA President and CEO Paul P. Skoutelas will introduce the webinar and Ward W. McCarragher, vice president, government affairs and advocacy, will present. The webinar will:

• Outline public transit and passenger rail funding in the FY24 THUD Appropriations Act
• Describe impacts on FTA’s Capital Investment Grant Pipeline
• Detail important policy provisions and funding limitations included and excluded from the Act
• Provide advocacy opportunities for APTA members.

There will be an opportunity for APTA members to ask questions.
